Soeharto Nurcahyono

President Director

Indonesian citizen, domiciled in Jakarta. Earned his Bachelor degree in Accountancy from University of Indonesia in 1997. Has several certifications of expertise in the accountancy, there are Registrasi Negara Akuntan (RNA) from Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia, Chartered Accountant (CA) from Ikatan Akuntan Indonesia dan Certified Management Accountant (CMA) from The Institute of Certified Management Accountant (Australia).

He began his professional career in 1997 as an Auditor in KPMG and Ernst & Young with the last position as Assurance & Advisory Business Services Manager. His career then continued in business sector building materials in 2006 with PT Petrojaya Boral Plasterboard (Lafarge Boral Gypsum in Asia) as various position. In 2011 join as Management Senior Finance in PT Chitra Paratama, one of Trakindo Group’s trading and retail Business Company. In 2012, he joined Radiant Group as several functions and position, namely Project Control, Accounting & Tax, Corporate Reporting & Performance Management, Corporate Strategic Planning dan Corporate Shared Services.

Zaki Maulana

Director

Indonesian citizen, domiciled in Jakarta. Earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Indonesia in 1999 and a Master of Business Administration from Cleveland State University, Ohio, United States, in 2004. He began his professional career in 1999 as an Associate Auditor at Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu KAP Hans Tuanakotta & Mustofa. He then worked as Assistant Budget Manager at PT Televisi Transformasi Indonesia (Trans TV) from 2001 to 2002. In 2004, he served as a Graduate Assistant at Cleveland State University while completing his MBA.

In 2005, he joined one of the Company's subsidiaries as General Manager of Finance & Accounting. From 2012 to 2023, he held various strategic positions in finance and business development. With over 15 years of experience in managing corporate financial strategy and sound accounting governance, he has served as VP Finance and Commissioner at the subsidiary since 2024. He was appointed as Director of the Company in June 2025
